ISE 2.4 Twilio SMS Gateway Service

We are testing Twilio for 3rd party SMS gateway service with ISE 2.4 for guest notification. Is there an updated guide or template where someone has recently set this up?  We have followed the guide on here from 2017, but I am wondering if some of the Twilio UI has changed.  Specifically with the use of the Thawte intermediate certificates.  Looks like that may have been deprecated?

Ok, just found this and this was my issue.  Twilio made a change to the certificate required.  Had to export this cert, then import into ISE.  Now this is working.  @Jason Kunst

On August 20, 2018 at 9:45 AM Pacific, we updated our REST API's root certificate from Thawte Primary Root CA to DigiCert Global Root CA (this change was announced in June). If the errors you're seeing started on or after August 20, your system does not have our new root certificate installed in its local trust store. This can happen if you have pinned our old certificate, or if your local certificate bundle is out of date.

I’d recommend tagging the original poster. Also link to the article please. I would ask the SMS provider if they have any details as well. From our community here I don’t know if any other docs-Pleasetypeyourreplyabovethisline-
