 - You may want to stop the ISE environment completely first.

 - You can stop ISE with : 

ise/admin# application stop ise

 It would be advisable that when an IP address is changed or added ,to reboot the particular node afterwards , then wait a couple of minutes and check the status of ISE with : 

ise/admin# show application status ise
