ISE: cannot start KVM

I tried starting KVM from the CIMC panel without using certification.

Even after I disabling the browser secure setting, I cannot start KVM.

please help me with this problem

 - What happens when you try to start KVM ?

1).  "vKVM certification has been accepted. Browser should automatically redirect to the vKVM client application here: (URL)"

2).  "client ha been disconnected as a result of the network has been dropped"

when I try connecting KVM, the above messages are shown  in order.
