ise.cisco.com does not resolve

I am trying to setup feed service and I noticed ISE is trying to make resolutions to ise.cisco.com which does not resolve. Also clicking the manual update goes to same non working domain.

We do have the 'QuoVadis Root CA 2' and 'HydrantID SSL ICA G2' certificate enabled. 

Testing the feed connection throws this error

Test result: Failure: FeedService test connection failed : Feed Service error : null **Please ensure that the certificate store on ISE has a valid and enabled entry for either the root certificate or the intermediate certificate for the SSL server certificate chain of Cisco ISE feed server. **Please ensure that Proxy settings are configured if needed to reach Feed Server.

ISE version 2.7.0.356

yesterday ,i had the same problem i can't resolve ise.cisco.com , but today the problem go away , and the feed service work
