ISE Endpoint Analysis Tool

Hi all,

Is ISE Endpoint Analysis Tool free for the customers ? 

My customer is trying to use it but they do not have access. I am wondering what I should do to provide access to the tool.

Is this tool still restricted to Cisco employees and partners?

My customer was able to download this and install it on his PC, but he gets an error. See attachment.
