ISE guest device compliance

Hi all,

i have upgraded Cisco ISE from 1.2 to 1.3 , but afterwards the guest portal is trying to posture , so i am trying to disable the guest device compliance  option in the guest portal , but i cannot find the option itself 

any ideas

So did you check the menu : Guest Access/Configure/Guest Portal/your portal name there should be a device compliance section

yes i have checked , but i cannot find this section

Are you using a portal that was migrated from ISE 1.2 to 1.3, or did you create a new portal after upgrading ? Maybe try creating a new portal, and see if the option appears, as it could be something that is related to the config migration from 1.2->1.3
