After updating an ISE server from version 2.7 patch 3 to patch 5,
the guest portal is not accessible anymore.

- Additional note : be careful with 2.7 P5 due to this bug, which is fixed in P6 :

All guests are facing this error(see attached file)

It's in French ; that means: : The connection failed
