ISE is inaccessible with no reason

Woke up with ISE inaccessible and we cannot login into my ISE manager and cannot get through serial interface. Any ideas on how to get through it or a better solution to get **bleep** to respond? Will appreciate your assistance community.

 - If you can still have access through console use : 

ise/admin# show application status ise   

 if no access is possible at all , then you will have to force-reboot and or restart.
