Hello team.
Our ISE virtual deployment was broken and we were able reestablish ISE only after reboot virtual machines from vCenter.
In which logs can I find information about failure.

Please review VMware Virtual Machine Requirements and ensure each of the ISE VMs are meeting them. We've seen issues due to resource over-subscriptions, and snapshots.
Other than that, please generate a support bundle for each of problem ISE nodes and submit them to Cisco TAC.

We found the reason. The ISE deployment is failing when creating VM backup through Veeam.
Does Cisco ISE virtual deployment have interoperability with this product?

ISE is only supporting the CFS and OPS backups taken from its admin web UI and CLI. However, I've seen others successfully using Veeam to take cold backups (with ISE VM in power-off state).

Nope. Only that bundled with ISE is supported. If you need additional features, please ask your Cisco account team to discuss with our PM team.
