ISE or ACS Rest API

We are currently using D1IM (Dell One Identity Manager) to let markets manage their devices within ACS through REST API. We are planning to decommissioning D1IM this year but before that we need to setup something that will let markets manage their devices in ACS/ISE.

Does Cisco has any REST API tool? Can any Cisco Partner help us out building new REST API tool? It will be helpful to have a quick meeting to go over all the details. Let me know if you are going to be in campus anytime soon and I will setup a meeting.

ISE has External RESTful Services (ERS). A good place to start is to read Cisco Identity Services Engine API Reference Guide, Release 2.x

I believe either Cisco partners or Cisco Advanced Services provide services to use ISE ERS to integrate with other products.
