ISE PEAP & Certificates on one SSID

Can you please advise if it is possible to allow acceptance of both certificates and PEAP credentials on a single Wireless SSID? If so, can you please point me to any documentation on how to do this within ISE?

Yes of course - this is called 802.1X and you can do more than just those two EAP methods - there are others.

The Cisco ISE documentation is not the place I would start if this stuff is so foreign to you.  Rather watch a quick video on www.labminutes.com - that guy's ISE 2.2 videos on 802.1X (wired or wireless) is excellent.  But there is tons of info on the web about this.
