Can you help me with the below ISE RFP questions:

  • The controller must be able to authenticate devices which are in an Ethernet broadcast domain and Multicast domain

  • The controller, where applicable, should be able to communicate with SCADA non IP enabled systems.

  • The controller unit must/should be able to integrate with the Mitel and Avarya Digital PBX deployed within <company>. The controller shouldn't cause any interruption to voice services.

  • Communication between controllers and management stations must be encrypted.

Eliane,

This Community is focused on technical questions and these are more sales/feature questions that require a bit more knowledge about the business case and what customer is trying to achieve. For example, there are references to SCADA and PBX and network encryption and no context how ISE fits into requirements.  You reference "controller" but not clear what is deemed a controller--ISE?  Wireless LAN Controller? IoT master? Other?   It is not even clear if ISE is even a valid component to these requirements.

If you are a partner, then recommend work with your Cisco Channel Partner SE. We also have a special Community for partners to assist with ISE-related questions that are more confidential in nature here.  I am also removing what appears to be a reference to actual customer name.  We do not want to expose customer info on this public Community.

Regards,

Craig
