ise v2.7 Queue Link Error

Hi, my is Ivan.
I have an ISE v2.7 ( deployment large 13 nodes) with this alarm:
Queue Link Error: Message=From ise1.sec.com To ise2.sec.com; Cause=Timeout
Queue Link Error: Message=From ise1.sec.com To ise2.sec.com Cause={tls_alert;"unknown Ca"}.
 
Some links similar to this message refers about install a new certificate (root).
 
Can you help me please?. The recommendation needs to reload services?.

The proceed mentions 

 

Migrate the certificate used for ISE Messaging from the ISE CA chain back to the Self-Signed root.

 

Is this disruptive for the services?  The customer has 13 nodes ises.

 

Can you share us more details please?
