How do I order upgrade ISE VM medium to ISE VM large? is there any SKU for upgrade? or any credit

Not sure of your internal process, but I can assist with this question: is there any SKU for upgrade? 

R-ISE-VMM-K9= Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Medium || Min 64GB RAM and 16 CPU cores for SNS-3595 equivalent Min 96GB RAM and 24 CPU cores for SNS-3655 equivalent

R-ISE-VML-K9= Cisco ISE Virtual Machine Large || Min 256GB RAM and 16 CPU cores for MnT in clusters supporting more than 500,000 concurrent sessions; Min 256GB RAM and 24 CPU cores for SNS-3695 equivalent

HI Mike,

I'm aware of the spec of ISE VM. My concern is if I buy ISE VM medium at first and want to upgrade it later to ISE VM large, do i need to buy new ISE VM large license? or there is any SKU/PID to upgrade this ISE VM license? afaik there will be a warning on the dashboard if i don't use correct ISE VM license.

Unfortunately there are no ISE VM license upgrades paths/SKUs at this time. Can't rule it out that something is released in the future, but at least for now it would require buying new licenses at full price.
