ISE VM upgrades

ISE team,

If a customer buys an small VM instance today (R-ISE-VMS-K9) and needs to upgrade to an medium VM instance (R-ISE-VMM-K9) would they have an option to purchase an upgrade license or do they need to purchase a new license?

Hslai just answered the same question. The answer for now is that they would have to purchase new medium licenses.
