I am trying to generate a CSR but getting this error:
Internal error. Ask your ISE administrator to check the logs for more details.
is this bug related : CSCut97526
Could anyone help on this issue ?

What patch do you have installed? The bug that you referenced does not seem to apply to your situation.
I came across this bug that suggests that this should only be a cosmetic issue and that if you ignore it you should see that you got a new certificate. Can you check?

Hi,
I installed Patch version 3 on ISE 1.3
I ignored it and then saw in CSR but there was nothing.
