Does anybody know where I can download the Java External RESTful Services Demo application for Cisco ISE?  The link I have found in ise_api_ref_ers2 seems no longer exists.

After enabling ERS, go to the on-box SDK documentation page and the download is available there at https://yourISE-PPAN-IP:9060/ers/sdk/
