Hello,
We have a customer who has 3 types of authentication needs:
1) Laptop with windows based on user credential
2) Industrial computer without 802.1x supplicant
3) computer with windows but which need to be always in the same vlan (even if the user who logs in belong to an other vlan...).
How can we implement mac address authentication and vlan attribution based on those mac address, for the topic 2 and 3? Our customer has an ACS 4.0 and wants to authenticate mac address with it?
Note: all of the device are mobile so we cannot fix the vlan and the mac address on the switch ports...
What types of solutions are possible ?
Thank a lot for your help.

When Cisco UWN Solution operators configure MAC Filtering for a client, they can assign a different VLAN to the MAC Address, which can be used to have operating system automatically reroute the client to the management interface or any of the operator-defined interfaces, each of which have their own VLAN, access control list (ACL), DHCP server, and physical port assignments.Refer the following URL for more information about VLAN assignment
