Menu to turn Rejected to ISE

I understand that ISE has an option to turn Rejected.

I actually turned off the Rejected option and I can't find the menu at the moment.

Can you tell me where the menu is?

The version is 2.6.

Are you referring to the option to reject repeated failed authentications for a period of a time automatically?  That's in Administration->System->Settings, Protocols->RADIUS.
