Multiple ISE deployments managed over public cloud

One of my customer, a Utility company has 2 networks that are completely isolated (air gapped) – OT and corporate EDN networks. They want to deploy ISE NAC in both these networks but want to manage them centrally over the cloud.
 
Is it possible to manage them over the Internet? Do we have something similar to Defense Orchestrator to manage multiple independent ISE deployments?

Unfortunately, no.  We currently do not have a solution to manage multiple ISE "cubes" as you describe.  Each cube will have to be managed independently.
