I really would love to get some help on this but as it seems...well, i figured out a work around on this.....Go to any of the portals and change the default port to another random port within cisco specified portal range and save...Then test the portal to see if it comes up, if it doesn't come up, change the portal port number to another again and save, then test the portal until it comes up. When the portal comes up, go back to the port and return to default port or the port u want to use and save. Test this one more time .
