NAC agent loop and don't launch on some computer

NAC agent is loop when it starts and does not run on some computers.

What can be these problems?

Hi,

There is a thread on this forum and a bug that mentions if you are doing eap-tls machine and user authentication (or eap chaining) that the agent will be in a constant loop.

if you are having some issues with the agent not popping up can you run a packet capture utitlity to see if the packets are being sent out on tcp or udp 8905 and/or udp 8906?
