Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) does exactly this.
You may see all of the identity stores it supports - including active directory - in the compatibility guides and release notes by version: Validated External Identity Sources
For deployment guides, see https://cs.co/ise-berg#guides

@KAMALKAMO this is a Cisco forum, so most answers will suggest Cisco.
ISE is Cisco's NAC solution, typically it is integrated with AD and would be recommended. However if you do not have AD, ISE does have an internal user store you could authenticate users/devices against or use certificates to autenticate the users/devices. ISE has an internal CA if you do not have your own. ISE also supports posture assessment.
