Hi Team,
Cisco NAC Web Agent when used in a BYOD use case does not execute in the system (Windows 8) with normal user account for the posture assessment. The user is redirected to the client provisioning portal, but as they click on start nothing happens. Need to know if this is an issue of privileges available on the system and additional privileges are required to execute the agent.
Cisco ISE version: 2.1 Patch 1 and deployed in Large scale deployment architecture.
Regards,
Anshul

Hi Anshul,
The issue could be anywhere. This need to be understood and fault isolation needs to be done methodically.
If this is a production setup, please open a TAC case to troubleshoot this issue.
Thanks
Krishnan

Keep in mind there are a lot of requirements to use these and are not recommended for machines that you don't have control over
you run into issues with java active x controls missing prompts etc
also need administrator rights
