NTP issues in ISE 2.7

HI All - There are 6 ise nodes in our deployment and we are using 2 domain controllers (primary and secondary) as NTP servers. We are getting alarms for NTP sync failure in GUI frequently. When checking the 'sh ntp' in nodes cli, we are getting the '?' (connectivity lost) as the state of the servers but at the same time we are able to ping the servers. Server team also confirmed that the servers are up and healthy. Please suggest how to check on this further. Thanks in advance.

I was referring to the doc - https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/identity-services-engine/119371-technote-ise-00.html and the root dispersion value in our ise nodes are greater than 10. Could that be the possible issue and how can i resolve that?
