You should learn about UCS installation

Has anyone resolved this?
I don't see why anyone should have to re-image a brand new appliance straight out the box.

Roger,
There was an official note from Cisco to most of the SNS customers letting them know to reimage their appliances. You will have to reimage in order to reset the database.

Thanks Tarik.
I'd already accepted that I'd have to re-image them.
I've had similar issues with ACS appliances and Prime appliances that don't work straight out of the box and all of them have had to be re-imaged.
Its not a good situation and it's about time something was done.

Roger,
You are correct, I raised this to the Cisco BU and they have addressed this issue, however it will take some time before the changes are seen. I can't speak for the ACS and NCS appliances and I am not doubting your experiences, but it is good to post information on the forums so Cisco can react when issues like these are experienced.
