Hello,
We have observed that on adding new PSNs to the existing cluster the OUI database is not synced properly.
We have observed that Polycom phones are getting profiled in old PSNs where Feed Service was applied after adding new PSNs to the cluster.
However any PSNs added to the cluster after Feed Service are not getting profiled.
Is this a known behavior or we might be hitting some bug ?
We are running ISE 1.4 patch 6

Feed service is generally enabled to get latest profile data, so in general the deployment will get updates every X days which should work in most cases. If you want the node to get the latest feed update after adding it in, then you could manually force feed update.

Is this the case even after getting a profiler feed update after adding the PSN? If so, looks to be a defect. Please open a TAC case and proceed accordingly.

Hi,
After feed update there is no issue.
Does that mean that we should update feed service after adding every PSN ?
Basically there are 30+ PSNs and we are rolling out the cluster in phases.
