Passed authentication report error

Why the Passed authentication report empty?!! while the failed report o.k.

i try to access routers with correct authentication through tacacs and the passed authentication report empty, while i try to put incorrect credential and this tries appear at the failed Report while means its o.k for failed but empty for passed.

I found it,disabled by default. You need to enable the passed authentication report from System Configuration :: Logging ...

i don't know why it is disabled by default! while the other reports are enabled
