Password recovering on CLI access on 5.5

I have most of information for Cisco web site.  Now, my questions are what recovery image i need to load on a bootable USB drive.  Do I need to change boot location on the ACS?

1- burn ISO onto a DVD media,

2- use external DVD drive and the ACS will boot to that image
