Problem with "Extend" users on wifi

Hello, 

 

I have a guest portal and a sponsor that creates users. 

The problem I have is that when the sponsor tried to extend the duration of the users, a message appeared that said cannot extend.

When I tried to extend with lesser days, with another account, it allowed me. 

The thing is that when I entered in the account details, I observed that the duration was already above the max threshold(i.e. max is 14 days and some accounts had 87 days), so I had to change the creation date. 

 

My concern is how the "Extend" works. Shouldn't it be able to change the creation date or not? Why in the accounts the duration was above the max threshold?

I'd recommend you're on at least 2.4 with latest patch and see how it works then. Also you can work through TAC to see if buggy behaviour you can reproduce and then discuss from there with the engineers where possible
