Questions from a customer of mine about multiple guest locations and sponsor groups mapped to

Can a guest who visits an individual site, example Marietta, who self register’s on the portal, can this user only send to the sponsors for that site?  How can this be accomplished?  When the sponsor logs in for that site can that sponsor only see the guests for that respective site as opposed to all sites?

You have a couple options.

You could force each site to have a different self-registration portal. This portal can either have a list of sponsors In a pull down.

See the 2nd listing there for choose a sponsor.

Or each self-registrating portal could have a single email address hardcoded. This email address could be a mailer. The problem with having 1 email go to multiple people there is no way to limit visibility.

To limit visibility you would need to have the users send to a specific sponsor.

Under the sponsor group you can setup to only see accounts that were requested to those specific sponsors.

See step 9 under Configure Sponsor Groups

Approve and view requests from self-registering guests

Also may consider self-reg with sponsor approval.
