I am trying to use windows IAS for AAA on my cisco devices. RIght now I am configuring the 3550's. I can't seem to get authenticated. Is the "key" in the cisco config the same as the "shared secret" in IAS?

I do not have experience configuring windowsIAS so do not have a direct answer to your question. But on the several servers with which I do have experience yes what they call "shared secret" is the "key" in the Cisco config.
