Team,
We have a few Windows machine on our network. This machines are authenticated by adding their MAC address to a group on the Cisco ISE. With that having said these machines may also have the user certificates for the 802.1x authentication.
Now what happens is when a remote user RDP's to these machines the connection breaks and the reauthentication takes place. This causes end user issue.
Has anyone come across a similar issue and if yes any suggestions to get over this?
We use "User Authentication" in our network.
Regards,
N!!
