Reducing Failover Times

Looking for documentation on best practices for reducing endpoint failover times. Customer is using ISE for TACACS and Radius in a hybrid design (no LB).  Default settings can take over a minute for auths to fail to secondary PSN and we would like to get times much lower. Thanks in advance!

Have you looked at this excellent whitepaper ? I have not seen many attempts in the field to tune this correctly - mostly always left at defaults and then failover times are hit and miss. I will be paying closer attention to this myself in future.
