Secondary ACS server is not connected to the cluster

Hi Guys,

We have the cluster of four ACS servers running 5.5.0.46.8 (yes, very old l know).

One of the secondary members is currently offline in the UI if you check master:

ACS2.PNG

It can reach the primary just fine but it's still not appearing online in the UI. Snip from the secondary below:

We have tried the following from the secondary box:

* application stop acs

* application start acs

* Force Full Replication

The last exercise allowed us to match the replication ID between the master but the server is still offline.

It still serves the clients just fine.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Myky

I would say call the TAC but ACS 5.5 was End of Life over 2 years ago.

Please consider migrating to ISE.
