Secure Client 5 hangs on posture assesment

I am setting up posturing on the network and I have the ISE 3.3P4 and Secure client 5.1.7.80 configured, When the secure client runs sometimes it get hung up at 10%, others times it gets through all of the checks and sits until it times out.  If I disable and enable the NIC (sometimes several tries) it completes the posture check in a compliant state.  It was also doing this with an earlier Client.

Generate a Diagnostic Report to understand the cause of the issue.

Redirectionless posture? Or redirect?  Does your client have the necessary ports opened from it to ISE?  Does it ever work?  Is there any consistency on the user/device type?
