session timeout

i configured cisco ise for dot1x wireless

& passive-id for wired

my maximum active endpoint is 1100 but my license counter in Shows me 1900?

i cant set maximum session because some users cant connect

for maximum session error

i use unifi access point 

i checked :

"https : //172.17.20.14/admin/API/mnt/Session /ActiveCount" and licensing tab

sometimes my session is not terminated when i disconnect

Make sure the Radius accounting messages are making it to ISE.

i checked accounting is send to ise

in Wireless AP i set the accounting interim update for 300 sec

but my problem is not solve?!
