simple AAA issue

i have a pix 506(6.2) and cisco ACS 3.0 windows2000 server with sp4, my only issue is that when i configure PIX ,basically from PDM and i make a simple username say X and put the password in the first password box for cisco secure database which says " Cisco secure for PAP " , and when i do http the authentication prompt appears and after putting name/password it pops 3 times in 10 seconds and then says AUTH failed...where am i going wrong ..no fancy features..just BASIC user authentication...it just wont go....thanx in advance..

As what is written on the documentation of the ACS for windows. Only service packs 1 and 2 are supported.

thank you friend, i did it in sp2 and its working , with my heart-felt appreciation , pls accept my second query:

if i put authorization syntax in pix, then i have to give my password 3 times, after which it says AUTHEN failed, but in ..." show uauth " command it show the user is authenticated thus not authorized, so as of now my network is going on authentication but not authorization , moment i put authorize command , it stops browzing , and only authen , workz fine.
