This question is not specific to Cisco ISE or even Cisco in general. If you paste that question into ChatGPT, you will get some good places to start.

I am trying to authenticate Cisco equipment and other brands, currently I have a free Tacacs + in Centos, the problem is that since this operating system is no longer supported I was looking to migrate, the problem is that the mirrors where I downloaded it were only available for Centos, I tried to put them in a Red Hat but due to package issues it didn't work.

This is an open-source AAA that supports the TACACS+protocol.
I hope my recovery can help you and help label it as the best answer. Thank you.

Yes, I was checking the tacacsgui, the problem is the support of the Ubuntu 18 operating system, I tried to install it in recent versions and it didn't work because of the packages
