TACACS+ Console Enable Mode

Is there a way to use TACACS+ to assign a users enable level when logging in via console (con 0) - like tacacs has the

enable use-tacacs command.

When the user telnet into the router, they are automatically placed in enable mode.  But, when the user console into the router, they must enter enable mode and then an enable password.   We are using ACS ver 4.2.

What I am looking for is the enable use-tacacs command for TACACS+

Do you have the command  "aaa authorization console" enabled? If not, can you give it a try?
