Test User External Identity Source ISE Node

Why my cisco ise 2.0 'Test User' failed to authenticated when using email (e.g: abc123@domain.com) but success with domain\username (e.g : domain\abc123) ?

Hi,

It depends on how user is configured on AD for either netbios or UPN.
