I do not have access to this build and so can only guess

As part of alarm rule definition there is an option called schedule. I think your alarms may refer to a schedule that has been deleted. (can confirm by selecting the schedules option). If this error is preventing the alarm from being deleted then change the schedule it is referring to one that exists and then try again

But I can not edit the Alarm Rule...

Everitime I try to edit the Alarm Rule, I get the same error...

Ok. Instead suggest to try this (again with disclaimer that I can't recreate)

Look at the value in the schedule section of the alarm that you are trying to delete. Note its name

Select the Schedule option. See if there is a schedule with the name you just noted. If not (and I assume there will not be) then create one with that name.

Now see if can delete the rule

If that doesn't work I am not sure I can try and help any further

yep, that's the problem, I can not edit/view the Alarm Rule details, as I get the same error everytime.

thank you...

I think I understand the problem now...

It is related with the fact that there are Portuguese characters on the Alarm name and details, like "ç" and "ã"...

So the ISE does not support this kind of characters...

Problem is I cannot delete/edit the ones I created with these characters.
