Unable to access a router integrated with ISE 2.4

Hi all,

I had added a router under the default Network device group 'All Device Type' a few days back and had specified a policy for it.  Now i have changed its device group and inspite of the group having similar policies, i am not able to access it.  I have used the same Identity group, shell profile and command sets in my authorization policy for this group under Device Admin Policy Set. Can anyone help me what else i need to check to get the access?

Hi,
Can you provide the aaa, tacacs (I assume you are using tacacs) configuration.
Are you successfully authenticating other devices?
What NAD group did you add the router to?
Can you provide screenshots of your Device Admin Policy Set
Can you provide a screenshot of the error in ISE you receive when it fails to authenticate?
