Unable to delete Network Access User - ISE 2.4 Patch 4

I was hoping to get some information on this error im seeing

I am attempting to delete a user from my network access users list.

i went to admin > id management > identities > found user > selected > clicked "delete"

I expected the user to be removed but ive received the error "exception on deleting user -null==>could not extract resultSet"

i have attempted to google this error with limited information available. I checked open bugs, and while i seen something pertaining to network access devices, i didnt see anything for network access users. maybe the two are linked...

ideas?

I have not seen that before.  it's normal to get errors when you try deleting an Identity Group that you're still using elsewhere in the Policy Sets.  But I have not seen a dependency with regards to User Accounts.  One should be able to delete them without question.

One thing is for sure - the error message is hopeless.  Seems like some debugging remnant - this should be more user friendly.
