Unable to save Tacacs authentication & authorization policy in ise 2.2.0.470

Hello all My Dear Friends, My customer wants to have tacacs configured in ise . ISE details are as mentioned below. All pre-requisite of configuration has been done , but when i am creating and configure tacacs policy set it is giving error "failed to save configuration" error file attached. Does anybody have any idea why it coming , might be dues some bug or patch required.

Looks like a bug, try patching to patch 9, that is stable, not having any issues with that
