Hi Team,
Customer running ISE 2.2 not able to select the Up to date option. It's grayed out.
Is it a bug or any other workaround to make it work.
Attached screenshot for reference.
Any help would be appreciated.

We do have such support on certain vendor products; e.g. Microsoft SCCM.
You may ask the customer's account team to discuss it with our PM or open an enhancement to add support for a particular vendor products.

As shown in your screenshot, the values for "Update Check Support" are NO for all entries. Thus, they are grey out.

Can you confirm the idea behind up to date option if it is not in use. What would I tell customer on this option.
Any help would be appreciated.
