Updating a segment with a new authorization option

Whenever one applies a new authorization option to a segment with pre-existing authenticated supplicants, do these supplicants automatically reauthenticate by force of the authentication server?

Authz policy 1

Ypu add authz policy 2 

Does client authc abd authz (by policy 1) effect by new authz policy (2) 

Answer NO

The new authz policy apply when client re-auth only
