Hi,

For using Cisco ISE virtually, do I need only R-ISE-VMS-K9= P/N (except Base and other licenses) or  SNS-3615-k9 P/N also is needed?(I mean one of them is needed or both?)

SNS-3615-K9 is the small physical appliance, don't buy that if you want to use virtual machines.

R-ISE-VMS-K9= is the correct license for a single 3515/3615 virtual template (16 or 32 GB of memory). If you want more than one node, you order more R-ISE-VMx-K9 licenses, in small/medium, or large based on the VM template size you intend to use.

The other ISE licenses and SKUs are available in the ISE ordering guide if you haven't seen it yet. As you alluded to, you will need at least base, I always recommend at least 100 plus, and then apex and tacacs/device admin as required.
