Using RDBMS to import static IPs to a list of users

I am trying to update the IP address of a number of users that authenticate against ACS4.0. I am imputing the relevant data into the accountactions.csv manually and manually running rdbms synch. I have attached a copy of the format I am using in the accountactions.csv file. Nothing gets modifed within the user setup when I run the synch. Anyone any ideas?

Your actions file looks ok. Are there any errors in the dbsync csv report?

You could also trying running:

csdbsync -parse

from the command line to perform a syntax check. Followed by

csdbsync -run

to actually process the actions.

See what that spits out.
