Hello Mohamed-
From that screen that you posted in the screen shot all you need to type is "setup" Once you type that you will be given the opportunity to set your own admin username/password.
Hope this helps!

The username and password that you configure using the Cisco ISE Setup program is intended only for administrative access to the Cisco ISE command-line interface (CLI), and this role is considered to be the CLI-admin user. By default, the username for the CLI-admin user is admin and the password is user-defined during the setup process. There is no default password.
